Industrial-Grade Firefighting Infrastructure:
We managed the installation of high-pressure wet-pipe sprinkler systems and strategically placed fire hose reels throughout the multi-story facility. These systems are designed for immediate deployment, providing high-volume water coverage to contain thermal incidents in guest corridors and public areas.
Specialized Fire Suppression for High-Risk Zones: For the hotel’s commercial kitchens and heavy-duty mechanical rooms, we installed automated chemical and gas suppression systems. These units are engineered to detect and neutralize fires at the source—such as cooking oil or electrical faults—without requiring manual intervention.
Pressure Management & Testing: Our team conducted rigorous hydrostatic testing and flow-rate analysis to ensure that the firefighting system maintains optimal pressure across all floors, including the rooftop amenities.
